Services & Techniques

Integrating Western and Eastern medicine to address the whole person, not just symptoms.

The Integrated Approach

Dr. Gregor has refined techniques from both Western and Eastern medical traditions, integrating the best of both philosophies into comprehensive healthcare.

Effective treatment requires careful application of multiple disciplines. Western medicine excels at identifying pathology and acute intervention. Eastern medicine maps energetic patterns and addresses root causes before structural damage occurs. Applied Kinesiology bridges both: using muscle testing to identify which patterns are primary and what interventions your body recognizes as supportive.

We don't treat one symptom. We treat the person with the symptoms. That requires addressing all three sides of the triad of health: structural, chemical, and emotional.

The Three Sides of Health

George Goodheart, the founder of Applied Kinesiology, identified that health requires balance across three areas:

Structural: Joint function, muscle balance, postural patterns, movement coordination

Chemical: Nutrition, organ function, detoxification, biochemical pathways

Emotional: Stress patterns, unresolved emotional charges, nervous system regulation

Most practitioners focus on one or two. We address all three because all three affect how your nervous system functions and heals.

Treatment Modalities We Use

Chiropractic

Specific joint corrections to remove structural interference and restore nervous system function. Above down, inside out. The power that made the body heals the body.

Applied Kinesiology

Muscle testing to identify functional patterns conventional testing doesn't measure. Determines which factors (structural, chemical, emotional) are primary and what interventions your body needs.

Acupuncture Meridian Assessment

Using Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory to identify how organ systems and energetic patterns affect musculoskeletal function. No needles. Assessment through muscle testing and treatment through acupressure.

Homeopathy

Supporting your body's healing response with targeted homeopathic remedies. Like treats like. Stimulating your vital force to complete healing processes efficiently.

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET)

Releasing stuck emotional patterns that create physical symptoms and self-sabotaging behaviors. Emotions live in your body, not just your brain. Unresolved emotional charges maintain dysfunction even when structure and chemistry are addressed.

Functional Laboratory Testing

Using lab work to identify nutritional deficiencies, metabolic dysfunction, hormone imbalances, and organ stress. We interpret labs functionally: looking for patterns before pathology develops, not just after disease is present.

Traditional labs look for disease. Functional analysis looks for dysfunction. We catch patterns early when they're easiest to correct.

Nutritional Support

Anti-inflammatory diet foundation to reduce systemic inflammation and support healing. Targeted supplementation based on muscle testing results and functional lab findings.

Patient Education Resources

Beyond clinical care, we provide comprehensive education to help you maintain corrections and optimize health:

Eating Right: Anti-inflammatory nutrition foundation to reduce systemic inflammation and support healing. Protein and vegetables at every meal. Avoid the Five Fingers of Death (sugar, wheat, dairy, soy, corn). Read the guide →

Live Right: Lifestyle practices that support nervous system function and recovery. Stress management, sleep optimization, meaningful connections, nature exposure, and recovery modalities (sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy). Get out of fight-or-flight and support rest-digest-heal. Read the guide →

Move Right: Movement, mobility, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning to maintain structural corrections. Zone 2 training, strength periodization, yin yoga, and proper movement patterns that prevent dysfunction from returning. Read the guide →

These aren't generic wellness advice. They're the protocols you need to maintain the corrections we make in the office.

How It All Works Together

Example: Chronic shoulder pain

Examination reveals:

  • Structural: Anterior shoulder subluxation, deltoid inhibition
  • Chemical: Gallbladder meridian stress, sluggish bile flow affecting fat digestion
  • Emotional: Unresolved grief pattern held in the gallbladder meridian

Treatment:

  1. Chiropractic adjustment to correct shoulder subluxation
  2. Applied Kinesiology muscle testing to identify primary pattern (gallbladder/chemical)
  3. Acupuncture meridian assessment revealing GB meridian imbalance
  4. Homeopathy (Chelidonium for gallbladder support)
  5. Nutritional support (bile salts, digestive enzymes, anti-inflammatory diet)
  6. NET to release emotional component if muscle testing reveals it's maintaining the pattern

All six modalities addressing different aspects of the same dysfunction. That's why patterns resolve when they haven't responded to standard treatment focusing on only one area.

The Philosophy

Western medicine asks: What disease do you have? What drug treats that disease?

Eastern medicine asks: What pattern is out of balance? What restores harmony?

Applied Kinesiology asks: What does your body need right now? What interventions does your nervous system recognize as supportive?

We're not imposing treatment protocols. We're asking your body what it needs and providing targeted interventions to support its innate healing intelligence.
